He has also worked at International Management Institute. A PhD from Central University and an alumnus of Executive Program of Columbia Business School, Dr. Swain has 24 Years of experience in corporate, academics and Speaking. He is an ICF Certified Life and Executive Coach from USA & Canada. He has worked for Tata BP Lubricants India Ltd and Flagship Company Parle India Limited.
