Dr Jibitesh Rath is an alumni of School of International Studies of Jawaharlal Nehru University ,New Delhi. He got his doctorate in Human Resources Development (HRD) from Utkal University and Post graduate Diploma in Social Work from Indian School of Social Work and Business Management, Calcutta University. He has nearly four decades of corporate experiences in three prestigious Public Sector Undertakings of Government of India namely SAIL, MIDHANI and NMDC. As Chief General Manager (HR) he was the Corporate Head of HRD in NMDC and initiated many spectacular HR interventions. He is associated with many prestigious professional bodies like NIPM,ISTD,National HRD Network, IIPA etc. Presently he is Regional Vice President (East), ISTD.He is associated with many reputed Management Institutions as visiting Professor and travelled USA,UK,Canada, Europe, Srilanka, Thailand etc.
