A graduate from Utkal University, he did his master’s degree in (Economics) from Centre for Econmic Studies & Planning(CESP)J NU. New Delhi. PGDSW from IISW &BM, of Cal University, LLB from Sambalpur University. As an HR professional par excellence, he was trained abroad by VOEST-ALPINE, Austria and completed short Course at Canning School of Management, London. Sri Das is a Certified Action Leadership Tutor - a program run by Industrial Society of London, UK. Conducted (AL) Action Leadership Training programme in SAIL and NSPCL, NTPC etc for senior level Managers. A Member of the Selection committee of All India Recruitment of Management Trainee Technical &Admn of SAIL. A faculty of MTI- central HRD of SAIL. Visiting faculty of NIT Rourkela (School of Management), Guest faculty in ECONOMICS for MBA students of KSOM, of KIIT University. Bhubaneswar Sri Das is also a life member of National Institute of Personnel Management and ISTD, Bhubaneswar chapter. He was Past President of Rotary Club of Rourkela and is currently member of the Board of Directors of Rotary club. A widely travelled person, he has visited France, Germany, U K, Mauritius, UAE, Dubai and Brazil. Sri Das takes interest in Yoga and is a member of Art of Living organization.
