Purnendu Kar is a Chartered Accountant by profession, a writer and columnist by passion. He is an acclaimed professional in the fields of financial advisory, accounting advisory, government advisory and auditing. For more than a decade, he has been engaged in auditing and providing advisory services to top publicly prominent companies in India and abroad. Apart from his profession, he has been a regular columnist in top Odia and English newspapers and magazines. He writes his views on various matters relating to the budget, Govt policies on economics, industries and commerce and international trade. There is a published poetry book in Odia language to his credit also. Purnendu currently resides in Dubai.
